For our final assignment, so the students are asked to form a group and choose 1 interesting place in Sabah. So me and my friend choose Taman Awam Teluk Likas. Taman Awam Teluk Likas is located along Jalan Tuan Fuad Stephens or also known as the Coastal Highway. It is very near to Masjid Bandaraya and Yayasan Sabah.

It's quite popular actually because of the scenery and also the place itself. The beach is very beautiful and clean. It's a nice place for family picnic, fishing, swiming and any other activities. The view also breathtaking.

The goverment spent almost 4 million for this project. So, no wonder this place look amazing and full of facilities for the peoples..
How to get there
Peoples who do not have personal car can use bus to get there. You should go to station bus near Asia City and take a bus that is going to Sepanggar. It takes about 15 minutes to get there.
Cost
Not only easy to get there but the cost also very cheap. You only need RM 1.00 to get there and also RM 1.00 to get back so the total cost RM 2.00 if you take a bus.
Interesting dining place at the location
This park does not have any dining place but on the weekend, there are people that sale snacks, soft drinks, fruits and ice cream so i think you do not have to find a dining place because that kind of foods also suitable to eat.
This park is beautiful, and as a law abiding citizen, we all should maintain the park cleanliness so all people can use it.
